1. Purpose and contact
The PRASAM TRADELINK SARL website presents import-export and consulting activities and facilitates pre-contract discussions. Questions: info@prasamtradelink.com. These terms govern website use and do not replace a sales or service agreement.
2. Quotation inquiries; no online payment
The website does not accept orders or payments. An inquiry, acknowledgement or initial exchange is not an accepted order or stock reservation. In preview, the inquiry is not transmitted at all. Any transaction needs a separate agreement covering the parties, goods, quantities, price, currency, taxes, delivery, payment and complaints. Distance-selling obligations can still arise if a later sale is concluded by email.
3. Products, markets and documentation
Presentations are indicative. Availability, precise origin, specifications, packaging and documentation must be confirmed in writing for each product. Images are illustrative unless verified otherwise. Food safety, PPE conformity, labeling, vehicle homologation, customs, sanctions and restrictions depend on goods, parties and countries. This website does not establish certification, authorization, exclusivity or manufacturer status. Organic, medical or performance claims require suitable evidence.
4. Consulting and partnerships
Consulting covers sourcing, business development and partnerships within a scope agreed in writing. It is not legal, tax or customs advice. Regulatory decisions belong to competent authorities and specialist advice to qualified professionals. No commercial outcome or administrative timeframe is guaranteed.
5. Proper use and content
Do not introduce malicious code, impersonate others, submit fraudulent inquiries or disrupt the website. Respect rights in text, images and branding. Browsing or making an inquiry does not grant brand-use rights. External sites are operated by their publishers; linking does not endorse their content.
6. Availability and responsibility
Maintenance or incidents may interrupt access; reported errors will be reviewed. Information must be confirmed before commercial decisions. Nothing seeks to exclude liability or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limit mandatory consumer rights. Transaction commitments are set out in the relevant contract, subject to those rights.
7. Information, complaints and applicable law
The privacy and cookie policies describe actual processing and tools. For complaints, contact info@prasamtradelink.com with relevant details. The publisher operates within the Moroccan legal framework, without excluding mandatory rules or remedies applicable elsewhere. These terms do not waive legal remedies or impose exclusive jurisdiction on all visitors. Each transaction agreement must specify its dispute provisions.
8. Languages and changes
French, English and Arabic versions aim to convey the same information. Report discrepancies for clarification before committing; language priority does not override mandatory rights. The version date identifies changes. Updated website terms do not retroactively amend an existing contract.
9. Budget simulator
One form checks product, strictly positive quantity, countries, ports and shipment. Only matching, valid TGK references for full 20-foot rice loads can produce an indicative CIF budget; freight and insurance are already included. Other routes, quantities and specifications, and all vehicles, require manual quotation without invented prices. No surcharge or insurance rate is calculated. References are not PRASAM offers.
Price sources and partner estimates
The server checks free price sources and temporarily caches their references without contact details. For a TGK Agro partner estimate, only grade and port are sent, using a fixed container reference and LC terms. Contact details entered in the PRASAM inquiry are not forwarded to these providers. No account, payment, booking or order is created. Providers receive technical information about the server connection. Partner results already include goods, freight and insurance and must not be added to the other calculator’s result.
Forwarder rates and validity
Forwarder rate summaries are used only after review of source, route, equipment, scope, dates and permission to use them. They remain indicative without a transport commitment or firm price. Original quotation dates are preserved; expired or ambiguous entries do not silently receive substitute rates. Capacity and exclusions follow the quotation. Bundled charges without a breakdown require manual review to avoid double counting. Rate availability is shown beside the calculator.
Sources planned for public release
The public release is limited to documented free TGK Agro APIs, with attribution, source dates and validity limits. Wholesale context is not FOB or CIF pricing. Shreeji, TRION, Globy references and Freightos calls without verified reuse permission are excluded from the public release; private working records are not public offers. Other products and Casablanca/Tanger Med routes require manual quotation until permitted, valid and comparable references are available.
